Nowadays all businesses rely heavily on their IT systems. However not every organisation has staff with the skills and time to diagnose and fix faults if something goes wrong.

You can’t rely solely on manufacturer's warranties because not all problems can be easily identified. Computer systems depend on successful integration of hardware and software from numerous different suppliers, which are often incompatible. Even the most generous warranties only entitle you to repair or replacement of a faulty component, when what's really needed could be a complicated rebuild or re-installation.

The answer is a CITS support contract. We can take responsibility for both hardware and software with a fixed-price maintenance scheme. Various packages are available to fit your needs and budget.
